What is happiness?
Happiness is a feeling of emotion such as pleasure and joy. This is a feeling of been positive, happiness is not always with a person . We can not be happy all the time , it’s part of an emotion that we will. Being happy is brought by yourself , you have to make yourself happy. It’s your choice to be happy or to make yourself feel joy and stress free.
A person can not be happy all the time , there is still part of sadness in us. The rise of happiness will either be a holiday or a new job. This will cause the happy emotion to rise to the highest level, but there after we back to a set point.

Some people may stay longer happy while others settle down quicker to the normal level , or there’s people in the middle who handle both situations half and half.

Not everyday will result in happiness , a bad day at work , martial problems , less income, something you can not purchase…etc, but this is upon yourself how you want to feel and how long you want to stay unhappy.

Happiness isn’t having a lot of money, living a posh life . It doesn’t come from being happy about the past or future plans, being happy is present . It’s a combination of how satisfied you are with your day to day lifestyle , the choices you make , the time you engage with family and friends.
Happiness is having satisfaction and meaning in life. It’s the ability to feel positive emotions. The ability to overcome negative emotions. The ability to connect with others.
